I offer one to one sessions to individuals in the comfort of their own home. This can be either in-person or online depending on your requirements. A one on one session allows the practice to be completely bespoke to your needs.
I have experience working with people with severe mobility issues and injuries as well as students looking to relax and unwind due to their high-pressured roles in the comfort of their own surroundings.





In-person
60 mins - £60* up to 3 persons
90 mins - £80 inc. use of essential oils and extra-long relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
This Vinyasa Flow class will be completely bespoke to you and your needs but will begin with Sun Salutations (a sequence of linking movement to breath) to warm up the body, followed by standing and seated poses, finishing with a 10-minute relaxation. The class will strengthen, tone and balance your body and leave you feeling calm, relaxed and ready for your day/evening ahead.
*£50 per class when booking a block of five classes.

My online classes aim to create the same energy as my in-person classes, in the comfort of your own home.
