As a Mum who lost a baby at full term during labour, after a long fertility journey, I completely understand the torment, panic, and pain you are going through right now.

There are no words that I, or anyone else can say to make you feel better in this moment. But what I can say is that when you are ready there are tools and techniques to help you get you through the tough days and to help ease your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

I was lucky to have Yoga in my life before we lost our daughter, but I didn’t realise its power to heal until I needed it the most.

It’s been 10 years since we lost our daughter Nicole, but what Yoga has given me is light and the coping mechanisms to carry on. It’s because of this incredible healing system that I want to help bereaved Mums on their journey of healing, self-discovery, and recovery.

Please contact me for information on which classes would be suitable to support your healing at this time.

My deepest sympathies to you, your partner, and your family.

With all my love and healing.

Remembering Our Babies

It is so important to say our babies’ names. They have impacted our lives more than most can understand, they existed, they are loved, they belonged to us, their life meant something.

If you would like your angel to appear here please reach out and I will add their name x
