My purpose and passion is to introduce Yoga to as many people as possible in an environment that is supportive and comfortable. My teaching style is relaxed and approachable. You don’t have to be a certain age, body type or be flexible to practice Yoga. Yoga is for all, it doesn’t discriminate.
Yoga for Burnout
Have you ever wanted to try Yoga but you have not had the confidence; thinking you are not flexible enough, too old, too big, too stiff, have limitations? Well I am here to tell you you can!
Over the four-week course students will learn about the five ingredients that make up Vinyasa Yoga and explore linking breath and movement, whilst obtaining a foundation for moving mindfully and with safe alignment.
